Book 5 of the Kate Daniels series.

I remember reading this book before, about 9-10 years ago. I loved it then and I love it now. As I was reading, I was getting major sense of deja vu as my reactions matched up with what I felt before.

Kate, don’t let the self-doubt and thoughts of others potentially hurt what you know in your heart is real. We are our own biggest hurdles and Kate exemplifies that at times.

My heart BROKE during parts of this book just as it did before. And then I felt the hope and relief. I love revisiting books! I will say, it is so hard to not give everything away. Just know that if you love action, family chaos, secrets coming to life, navigating people’s beliefs and feelings, you will love this series!
